Bayside City Council Bayside City Council ''Youth Centre Opening" LOCATION: Sydney, NSW With the recent opening of Bayside City Council’s Youth Centre, we had the opportunity to assist in creating a warm and inviting space for their visitors. The centre aims to provide a safe place where young people can enjoy a range of activities and engage with service providers for support. A palette of orange, yellow, green and brown reminiscent of autumn cover our Sofi ottomans, providing soft seating areas. Adapting to the curved architectural details of the room, our Sofi ottomans were custom designed in shape to wrap seamlessly around the wall creating an eclectic and earthy yet welcoming environment. Cohesive in design, Sofi ottoman settings are featured throughout different rooms, coupled with Dart organic coffee tables creating layers of visual interest at every turn. Completing the centre are our Jive tables with bench seating and Jive counter table paired with Pac stools to further enhance the space, nurturing connection and collaboration. Special consideration for visitors and their range of needs within the Bayside City Council Youth Centre is evident in the variety of settings provided. By allowing freedom and functionality within the space, one is able to utilise it to its best ability whilst maintaining a level of comfortability.
