LOCATION: Melbourne, VIC

Drawing from Australian Red Cross’ values of care and vision, JDV Team has crafted a grounded, people-focused workplace layered with texture, warmth and thoughtful design.
In the reception zone, our Soba chairs in khaki fabric set a composed tone, complemented by our matching custom upholstered Cooper chairs. This mix of silhouettes and finishes offers flexibility for casual interaction while maintaining a refined, welcoming palette..
Moving into the open-plan work zone, our custom Swish height adjustable workstations are paired with Arc Screens to define individual workpoints while maintaining openness and workflow. Our Sonic Task chairs complete the setup, delivering ergonomic support and comfort throughout the day.
Adding to this office space, our Globe Sliding Door Credenzas with Planters deliver smart storage and introduce a green, biophilic touch. Framing the layout, our Blade Wall introduces a subtle architectural break between zones, enhancing spatial definition without disrupting flow.
Across boardrooms and enclosed collaborative rooms, our Co-op Tables with custom fluted design bases are paired with our Rox chairs, offering comfortable, refined settings that scale between informal discussion and formal decision-making.
The breakout zones feature our Co-op Counter Tables with fluted laminate bases paired with Solo stools, forming bold, sculptural focal points. Our Co-op Cafe Tables and Juna chairs offer a more casual setting for pause and relaxed moments throughout the space.
Australian Red Cross HQ is more than workplace utility, it expresses the organisation’s values through space. Purpose-led, understated and enduring, the project demonstrates how furniture and form can align to support culture, care and community.
