STOCK
When items are held in stock as indicated by the quick delivery icon, this is intended as a guide only, as stock fluctuates daily and is subject to availability. Non stock items are normally on a lead time of 1-4 weeks depending on the product. (Excluding holiday periods).

PRODUCT DESIGN AND SPACE SERVICE
In order to maximise the space in your new or existing building we offer cost effective space planning by design staff, tailored to suit your needs. This enables you to create a comfortable environment, whilst paying particular attention to staff location and job role.
WARRANTY
Most of our products carry a minimum 3 year warranty and are largely made to our own exclusive design and specifications.
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Our experienced installation teams coupled with our own in house fleet of vehicles will efficiently handle your orders.
ORDERING
Orders can be placed by fax or e-mail. Our catalogue is fully priced and has been designed for ease of use, with you the customer in mind.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Cancellation of standard stock items must be in writing. The company reserves the right to charge an administration fee. Orders for non stock items cannot be cancelled once the order has been accepted. A charge will be levied against any deliveries that are not accepted on the confirmed/installation date.
VENEER FINISHES
While manufacturers strive to achieve excellent colour matching, wood veneer is a natural product and shade matching cannot be guaranteed. Exposure to natural light will alter wood colour over a period of time.
FABRICS
Where a fabric covered product is available from stock, the colour is shown on the relevant page of the catalogue. Contact our sales staff for fabric cards.
